Harbor Lights
Harbor Lights covers seventy waterfront acres on Greenwich Bay at the mouth of Warwick Cove. It has been a marina on Warwick Neck since 1976 and joined Flying Bridge in 2025. The restaurant, golf course, event spaces, pool and 200-slip marina share the property.

Wedding Venue
The Grand Ballroom, the Seaside Tent & Lawn and the Front 9, each with the water in view. The Grand Ballroom seats up to 280.
Members and guests
Pool Club
The infinity pool is for members and their guests, with memberships offered each season. The Drift Bar and food truck beside the pool are open to everyone in summer.
